Matt was so AWESOME! He literally did everything we asked! He took some incredible picture of an old house and made it look great! He was great about keeping in touch and letting us know what was going on! He definitely worked for us! We are so THANKFUL for Matt and Swinford Realty!!!

Probably the easiest real estate transaction I’ve ever been involved with. We purchased an acreage in Iron county and Gabe was the listing agent. Even though we were working without a realtor and Gabe represented the sellers he spent a great deal of time with us, answering questions, making suggestions and touring the property in his SxS. He also suggested a local bank, New Era, where we obtained a mortgage. An equally painless experience. I hope we get the opportunity to work with Gabe and Swinford Realty again. Highly recommended.
