Gabe Swinford
I am a lifelong resident of Madison County where I graduated from Fredericktown High School, class of 1995. I’m married with 4 children and still live in the Mine LaMotte area where I was raised. I became self-employed as Residential Contractor in 1999, became a Realtor in the summer of 2001 and decided to venture out, opening my own brokerage in the summer of 2012. I have been active in the startup of several successful small businesses and played a role in operating the family farm with my father and uncles for several years. Aside from work I enjoy hunting, fishing and spending time in the outdoors with friends and family.
I have been fortunate to have interaction with many folks from various walks of life, and feel my knowledge and experience allows me to adapt and understand a buyer, or seller’s needs. Selling real estate is more than just a job to me; it’s a passion, and always an exciting adventure. From the first time home buyer, to the experienced investor, to selling the family farm, I’m dedicated to fulfilling our client’s needs.
Matt Stacy
Matt is the definition of a rural realtor and well versed in all types of real estate transactions in rural communities in Southeast Missouri.
He has handled numerous land transactions, from recreational land to timber investments, and everything in between. His first-hand knowledge of land maintenance and obtaining cost share funds for improvements makes him a valuable asset to anyone he has an opportunity to assist.
Matt has also been involved in hundreds of home transactions, including new construction and investment portfolios. He is well versed in assisting first time and experienced clients and strives to make the experience as smooth as possible.

Amy Stephens
I am a lifelong resident of Madison County, a 2003 graduate of Fredericktown High School and furthered my education with an Associate degree from Mineral Area College. While attending college, I began a career at a Fortune 500 company where I remained for nearly 10 years, spending the majority of my time in a supervisory role. I decided to leave my position to spend more time raising my family and to pursue a career in real estate.
With a husband that is a local contractor, we have built and sold multiple new homes and manage our own rental investment portfolio. This allowed me the opportunity to be educated on the process of buying and selling long before joining the Swinford Realty Team.The combination of my experiences provides a great deal of knowledge to help complete your next real estate transaction.
Geoffrey McDowell
Geoffrey is a native of Southeast Missouri with a passion for real estate who recognizes and values the trust his clients place on him and strives to exceed their expectations. In the term Geoffrey has served as a Realtor, Geoffrey has become an esteemed broker, highly regarded by clients, and professional in the field of real estate. Geoffrey has sold homes and properties in all prices ranging from investments to high-dollar estate properties. His vast knowledge of the region and its people allow him to make the connections for all your needs prior, during, and after the buying or selling process. Aside from real estate Geoffrey enjoys spending time with friends and family and all things sports related. Luke Wagganer
As a lifelong resident of Madison County, I graduated from Fredericktown High School in the class of 2015 and then attended Missouri Baptist University on a soccer scholarship. After a year in the city, I realized a small town life was more suited for me. I have since received an associate’s degree from Mineral Area college and am continuing towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. In my spare time I enjoy fishing, golfing and spending times with friends and family.
I became interested in real estate while working for a local contractor renovating houses. This experience has helped me see the potential some houses have that otheres may not. I am eager to help our clients any way I can and look forward to the exciting journey of their next real estate transaction.
Kyle Stephens
Kyle resides with his family in Fredericktown where he has managed a residential construction business for the past 12 years. His business experiences of building and selling spec homes and managing a residential rental portfolio have provided a strong knowledge base in the real estate world. From hunting land to homes, Kyle looks forward to the opportunity to assist customers, old and new, with any real estate need.
